Sitepics is a picture management for business that collates photos from your staff and contractors into a powerful picture management cloud. Snap and your pictures are auto addressed. You can fine tune the geo-location on satellite map and add notes to create quick yet powerful records for producing quotes, coordinating install and service works as well as create quick links for billing.

Sitepics has a smart permissions system that allows admins to restrict photo access, from view-all-pics, down to just pictures a particular user has taken. Users can also be invited to multiple company accounts which makes it easy to have contractors contribute photos to your pool.

Pictures are only visible to users invited to your company account. You can however choose to send a pic to a 3rd party via Sitepics send to feature which can email (as .pdf) a single pic. You can also create quick links to embed photos in invoices. This makes Sitepics a great way to certify your work and service delivery.
